Robin creates vibrant, contemporary photographs that emphasize mood, color and form. She enthusiastically explores the pluralism in the lucid and obscure, conscious and subconscious, and nature and humanity. Meaningful coincidences, a celebration of life and environmental sensitivities are forces that shape her photographic pursuits. Robin travels frequently, recently visiting Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii.

While primarily self-taught in photography, she has attended numerous photography workshops, most notably, weekend workshops at Brooks Institute of Photography. She holds a BA in English with a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Her background in marketing and graphic design instilled in her the ability to synthesize analytical and creative problem-solving skills, aesthetic sensibilities and technical proficiencies. Robin is the sole proprietor of Webmontage, a web design, development and marketing service provider. Robin recently joined the Board of the Center for Photographic Art in Carmel, CA.
